Horseback riding (All levels - 1h)

One hour of activity to discover your horse and its habitat: the woods and meadows of the Mas de Peyrelongue. A typical landscape of the Causse with its valleys, its dry stones and its wild flora.

Pony rides

For the youngest, from 4 to 10 years old, we offer hand held rides. Our instructor will introduce and prepare your riding companion before showing you the circuit to follow with your child. Our ponies are equipped with real cowboy saddles for maximum safety.

We propose several loops of hikes to discover the local natural and architectural heritage.

The Loop of Belinac - HALF DAY
Discover the Ménhir of Bélinac, a vestige of a distant era. A hike at a walk or trot with little difference in altitude, following the wooded paths, surrounded by dry stone walls.
Level required : Riders at ease with trotting and lifting
Price : 40€/person

The Loop of Saint Eulalie - HALF DAY
You will reach the village of Sainte Eulalie by following part of the via Podiensis of the Way of St. James (GR651). A hike in three paces with a difference in altitude.
Required level : Experienced riders, at ease in all three paces
Tariff : 50€/person

The Loop of Puy Blanc - FULL DAY
An old clay quarry has given birth to an amazing natural area, composed of ponds and woods... welcome to Puy-Blanc. A three paces ride with little difference in altitude.
Required level: Experienced riders, comfortable with all three paces.
Price : 90€/person (picnic included)

The Loop of Espagnac - FULL DAY
Leave for a complete day to discover the Valley of Célé while passing by the way of St Jacques, the priory of Espagnac or the peak of Crayssac. Picnic in common. A hike with three gaits and a difference in altitude.
Level required : Confirmed and regular riders, comfortable with all three paces.
Price : 120€/person (picnic at the priory of Espagnac included)

The Wine Maker's Loop - FULL DAY
Direction the pretty village of Camboulit, through the woods, where our favorite wine merchant awaits you for an introduction to oenology and a tasting of wines from the region. Return through the valley.
Level required : Riders at ease with all three paces
Price : 180€/person (picnic included)

• Supply of the cavalry adapted to your level
• supply of riding equipment: mixed English saddles, harnesses, grooming equipment, small hiking bags, approved helmet
• Bottle of water for hikes longer than 3 hours
• Supervision by a professional with an ATE or BPJEPS diploma
• First aid kit available during the hike

Not included in the price

• FFE license required for rides longer than one day - if you don't have one, we can get you a green license (10€)
• Beverages and souvenirs at the boutique du Mas

Recommendations on Proper Dress

• Riding pants or jeans (shorts and bermuda shorts not recommended)
• Long-sleeved shirt or t-shirt
• Riding boots or boots with mini-chaps
• In rainy weather, Kway or waterproof jacket suitable for riding
• In summer, sun cream

Small trekking bags are available for the riders. However, the EARL Mas de Peyrelongue is not responsible in case of loss, breakage or theft.
